Is PLATTERMANA available now?
Yes. The restaurant OS — POS, kitchen, menus, stock, cash, and money tools — is available now. City Plate marketplace features are rolling out as early access.
Do we need special hardware?
Start in the browser on a laptop or tablet. Station printers work with our Windows print agent when the pass needs paper tickets.
Can we take QR or online orders?
Yes — public restaurant site, QR table ordering, and kiosk flows. City Plate adds multi-restaurant discovery when you opt in.
What about payments in Sri Lanka?
Cash and card flows are built in. PayHere and LankaQR activate when you connect credentials. Tax packs cover VAT–SSCL and GST.
How do we cancel or export data?
Talk to us — we handle offboarding and exports as part of support. Details are also covered in Terms.
